I have learned quickly that one of the best gluten free desserts for me is cheesecake (minus the crust that I just ignore). This night in March was no different. We headed over to Lieser’s for a great night out and after an amazing meal, we ate yummy cheesecake!
On top of it, how about some fresh strawberries. I just love them and they sure do look like some beautiful color in the drab of winter!
For those that love other things, of course it is always great to add some chocolate sauce or carmel…yumm!
