I heart faces…Fix it Friday

How do you improve upon this beauty?! All I could see was a quick sharpening edit to even more so brighten her face. After that I just played with some different actions and a crop.

Here is a moody bw action.Colorized with a  little crop. Seventies with a tiny crop. She was already so perfect, not much could be done to improve upon her sweetness!

Truthfully though, I still think that the spider is super gross even if I captured him well..

I Heart Faces – Fix it Friday

Today’s fix it Friday is this one. Fun to work with with the sunshine in the background. I opened it in the RAW editor and tweaked it a little. After that I simply ran some actions on it and like the results.

I think the soft faded one at the top is my favorite one. I know they are all similar, but somehow that one shined more for me :)!

A Beautiful Familia

I was asked to take the Conrad Family pictures this summer and I was really excited to do so. Krystal was really awesome about waiting until I was done homeschooling for the year. Another exciting part of it is that they have a lovely family with all the kidlets being 6 and under. I was excited for the challenge and I was thinking that if I could succeed with these I would be up for anything.

You know what, it was an amazing time and I look forward to doing more families!!! I took over 400 pictures and narrowed it down to at least 80 good ones. I will only share a few of my favorites here :)! In any case if you have wondered what I have been up to lately, taking and editing these pictures has kept me joyfully entertained. Thankfully it was very fun and rewarding , I can’t wait to do this more! So what do you think? Not bad eh?! Are they not the cutest family ever?!
