In the Blink of an Eye - Project 365 2013 (April)

April 2013 - This is my "In the Blink of an Eye" lifestyle documentation of my life and my family. For an entire year I hope to have captured all facets of my family and myself. It will be a very personal journey to learn not to miss a single moment, especially since I have been told that it will all be over in the blink of an eye.

Home décor hunting is such a challenge for me. Looking for just the right thing...when I don't even know what that is.
 Finger licking good.
The Easter Bunny photo bombs a great cup of joe before the Camera Club meeting began.
While I am not into making my nails all purty, Clarisse certainly likes it.
 Cousins having a blast!
Dinner out with some great friends!
Reward for being good sports while grocery shopping.
A little field trip out to St. John's to see the Lean on Me sculpture.
 Becoming best buddies.
As I have said it before, every day is a coffee day.
It was surely snowy on the day a few of the kids needed to get to the dentist. It is good to own a four wheel drive.
Keys, yep, pretty important to a mom who shuffles her kids around and goes shopping .
 Cousins !
About every 3-4 weeks Minsan has taken to making bread pudding. The kids and/or guests love his experimentation as he has figured out the perfect recipe.
While having Chinese food with my friend Cheryl and my fortune cookie had this note in it, "Your ability to love will help a child in need." I thought it was incredibly fitting to get today since our home study was officially approved today in our adoption agency's local office. The fun part was that not only was my fortune fitting for me...her's was perfect for her task of the day!
Hung out with this handsome little guy for a little bit today.
The kids had their first meal at White Castle. They loved it and can't wait to go back.
The quote that is going around, "What a lovely winter we are having this spring!" is so stinking true it hurts!
No reason to let a foot of new snow stop my honey from going for a 10 mile ride this evening.
Our little visitor for a few days with her two favorite things, nuk and banket.

Today it was great to see the rain today instead of snow on our way back from getting maple syrup today.
Awww, my little nephew is such a honey...even if he doesn't want his picture taken.
 Sweetie Pie
Double Caribou arrives again. The Hot Cinnamon Spice Tea is truly amazing and Nichole and I have taken to loving in on Wednesdays.
Love shooting with props.
Enjoyed listening to my husband playing bass on Friday (oh and the other members of the band too).
We have a monkey in our family.
Clarisse made some yummy cookies for her family today.
Spring has sprung!
Enjoying the warm windy weather by playing with some bubbles.
